Join us at the 10th Annual Downey Día de Los Muertos Art Festival, produced by the Downey Theatre and the City of Downey! We will be hosting a free watercolor and mask-making workshop in collaboration with local artist Polaris Castillo. Look for our booth at the event – we will be located between Downey City Hall and the Downey City Library!
